Your Role As a Registered Nurse
You\’ll be the clinical cornerstone for our patients, providing expert care and leadership in the comfort of their homes. As an RN, you\’ll assess, plan, and manage patient care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team that shares your commitment to quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive initial and ongoing assessments based on individual patient needs and provider orders
- Develop and continually update care plans to reflect evolving conditions and goals
- Deliver skilled nursing interventions within the scope of practice and in accordance with physician directives
- Maintain detailed and compliant documentation per all state, federal, and agency regulations
- Lead case conferences, promoting collaboration between caregivers and clinicians
- Provide culturally sensitive education to patients and families regarding condition management and treatment plans
- Advocate for patient dignity, preferences, and well-being at every step of the care journey
What You\’ll Need
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program (RN)
- Active Registered Nurse license in MA
- Valid CPR/BLS certification
- Reliable transportation & valid driver\’s license
- 1+ year of experience in acute care, home health, outpatient, or community health (within the last 2 years)
- Up-to-date health certificate & TB test
- Clear understanding of HIPAA and strong commitment to confidentiality
- Fluent in English (spoken & written)
- Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
Compensation
- $45/visit
- $40/medication administration
- $100/admission visit
