What you’ll do:
- Lead with Compassion: Support your team and residents by role-modelling exceptional care, aligned with our values and standards.
- Promote Person-Centred Care: Help plan and deliver truly individualised care, supporting residents with dignity, empathy, and warmth.
- Develop & Inspire: Learn how to support, mentor, and guide your colleagues as part of your development into a senior role.
- Be a Team Anchor: Work closely with Nurses and the Clinical Deputy Manager to promote safety, wellbeing, and high-quality care throughout the home.
- Create Community: Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and colleagues – creating a place that feels like home.

You may already be a Care Assistant with experience or simply someone with natural leadership potential and a heart for care.
