As a Senior Care Assistant, your role goes beyond supporting daily routines you’ll guide a team, nurture a compassionate environment, and ensure our residents always feel valued, safe, and respected. You’ll lead by example, mentor new team members, and oversee the delivery of high-quality care across every shift.
What We Offer:
£13.37 per hour
Contracted 33 hours per week, flexible day shifts available
Enhanced overtime incentives (after contractual hours are completed)

Who We’re Looking For:
NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care with at least 1 year of care experience
Confident in leading shifts, mentoring staff, and delivering person-centred care
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to inspire and support your team
Organised, observant, and proactive, maintaining high standards of care
Adaptable and eager to learn, with a focus on career growth and leadership
