Night Team Leader Care and Support – Glencorse Care Home Contract: Full Time and Part- Time Salary: Β£14.10 Per Hour Shift Type: Nights Contracted hours: Full Time or Part Time Located in the heart of the Greenlaw Mains community, Glencorse Care Home is a brand-new, purpose-built luxury care home opening soon. With 54 beautifully designed en suite bedrooms, it will offer exceptional Residential, Dementia, Nursing, and Respite care in a warm and welcoming setting. We are now recruiting experienced and passionate Team Leaders to join our commissioning team. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the culture of a brand-new home from day one β leading by example and delivering exceptional care in a modern, supportive environment. You will lead, supervise and motivate a team of care assistants to ensure our residents receive person-centred care that meets their individual needs. You will oversee medication administration, ensure care plans are accurate and up to date, respond to changes in residents\’ health or wellbeing, and promote strong communication within your team and with families and visiting professionals. Your leadership will help create a positive, supportive, and safe environment for both residents and staff.
