Our care home is situated in the charming setting of Pinkhill, providing excellent Residential, Nursing, Dementia and Respite care for up to 83 residents. Purpose built and thoughtfully designed, our home is a place where residents feel secure, supported and valued day and night.

We are now looking for a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Unit Manager to join our team. If you are a Registered Nurse with strong leadership skills, a genuine commitment to delivering high quality care, and the ability to support a team to achieve the highest standards, we would love to hear from you.

What We Offer

β€’ Β£22.88 per hour
β€’ Contracted to 42.88 hours per week
β€’ Paid breaks, Paid NMC registration, Pension scheme
β€’ Onsite parking, Paid PVG, Uniform provided
β€’ 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract)

What You Will Do
As the Clinical Unit Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the clinical team and the delivery of care throughout the home. You will lead, support and mentor staff, ensuring residents receive safe, personalised and high-quality care at all times. Your role will include overseeing clinical governance, supporting residents with complex needs, promoting best practice, and stepping in for the Home Manager when required. Your guidance, expertise and leadership will ensure a well-run, compassionate and effective environment.

What We Are Looking For

Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN

Strong clinical knowledge and confidence in applying it to deliver excellent care

Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate a team

Previous care home experience desirable but not essential

A professional, compassionate and calm approach to care

Excellent communication skills and commitment to staff development
