Now we’re looking for a clinically experienced Deputy Manager to help lead this extraordinary home as we continue to grow.

Your Role:
As Clinical Deputy Manager, you’ll be the calm, capable presence our residents and team can rely on. You’ll support our Home Manager with the smooth day-to-day running of the service, with a particular focus on clinical leadership, governance, and person-centred care. You’ll help shape our growing team, mentoring nurses and carers, promoting best practice, and ensuring our care is not just safe and effective, but genuinely life-enhancing. You’ll also play a vital role in embedding our culture from the outset: one built on kindness, dignity, and high standards. From reassuring families to leading by example on the floor, your influence will help set the tone for what outstanding care looks like at Floryn.
