We are now looking for a talented and flexible Bank Chef to join our friendly kitchen team. This is a zero-hours role, offering flexibility to cover shifts as needed across the week, including weekends and holidays. It’s an ideal opportunity for a skilled chef who enjoys variety and takes pride in creating nutritious, high-quality meals that residents can truly enjoy. What We Offer £13.50 per hour Flexible zero-hours contract Paid PVG, Pension scheme, Uniform provided 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time equivalent) Your Role As a Bank Chef, you will prepare and serve a range of freshly cooked meals, ensuring residents receive food that is both nutritious and appetising. You will work alongside the Head Chef to plan menus, manage stock, and maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness. When covering shifts, you will take responsibility for day-to-day kitchen operations, from food preparation to maintaining temperature records and following dietary plans tailored to residents’ needs.
