We are a dynamic and agile private care home operator, currently managing over 140 individually branded care homes across the UK. Our ethos is simple: to create the very best care homes for our residents to live in, and we're looking for an experienced and commercially driven Sales & Marketing Support Manager to join our growing team.

This role will provide hands-on sales and marketing support across our South England division, working closely with Care Homes, Home Managers, Operational Teams and external agency partners to drive occupancy, generate enquiries and strengthen the commercial performance of our homes.

Working across a varied portfolio of care homes, this is a high-energy and diverse role that requires someone who is highly organised, commercially focused and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. You'll need excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills and a creative, proactive approach to delivering an exceptional enquiry experience for our care seekers.

Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, you'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, helping to ensure our homes have the tools, knowledge and marketing support they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee CRM systems, reporting and performance analysis, using data, website analytics and PPC insights to identify opportunities for lead generation and commercial growth.
  • Develop and deliver integrated sales and marketing campaigns across digital, print, social media and third-party platforms, working closely with care homes and agency partners to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Provide sales, customer journey and enquiry management training to care home teams, supporting improvements in lead generation, enquiry conversion and the overall care seeker experience.
  • Create tailored marketing content and copy, manage PR, press coverage, photography and events, and support the branding and pre-opening launch of new care home developments.
  • Work closely with Home Managers, operational teams and senior leaders, providing sales and marketing insights and recommendations while identifying opportunities to improve commercial performance across the division.
Skills & Experience

We're looking for a commercially minded sales and marketing professional who can combine creativity with data-driven decision-making. You'll ideally have:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in sales, marketing or a similar commercial role; elderly care experience is desirable.
  • Proven track record of delivering commercially focused sales and marketing strategies and driving lead generation and conversion.
  • Strong analytical and digital marketing skills, including CRM, social media, website analytics and PPC.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills, with experience working with agencies and adapting content across different brands.
  • Highly organised, proactive and confident managing multiple projects and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Technically capable, commercially minded and passionate about improving processes and results.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly across the South of England, including occasional overnight stays.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline would be desirable but is not essential.

Why Join Us? This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing care organisation and play a key role in the commercial success of a diverse portfolio of care homes. You'll have the opportunity to work across multiple locations, influence sales and marketing strategy, support new care home developments and make a genuine difference to the way prospective residents and their families experience our homes.

If you're a commercially driven sales and marketing professional who enjoys a varied role, thrives on delivering results and wants to make a real impact across a growing care organisation, we'd love to hear from you.
