Clarence Park Residential & Nursing Care Home is a well established service in Weston-super-Mare, located close to the seafront and set within a characterful Victorian townhouse. Supporting up to 43 residents, the home provides high quality nursing, respite and palliative care within a calm, welcoming and team focused environment where staff can build meaningful relationships and make a genuine difference every day.

Role Overview

As a Registered Nurse, this role plays a key part in delivering high quality, clinically led care within a specialist complex care environment. Working on a flexible bank basis, you will support residents with a range of complex needs, ensuring care is delivered safely, consistently and with compassion. The role involves clinical assessments, care planning and ongoing monitoring of residents’ physical and mental health. You will administer medications safely, respond promptly to changes in condition and maintain accurate, up to date documentation. Working across different shifts, you will support the care team and contribute to a stable, safe and well managed environment. The role requires adaptability, strong clinical judgement and the ability to maintain high standards of care while working flexibly.

What We Are Looking For

  • Registered Nurse RGN or RMN with an active NMC PIN
  • A calm, compassionate and professional approach
  • Strong clinical judgement and decision making skills
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience in complex care is desirable but not essential
  • Flexibility to work across a range of shifts
