Serenita Care Home is a well established service in Weston-super-Mare, set within a characterful Victorian residence close to the seafront.
Supporting up to 34 residents, the home provides specialist care for individuals with mental health conditions, including alcohol related brain damage and Korsakoff's syndrome, within a structured, supportive and independence focused environment.
Activities Coordinator Contract £12.71 per hour Contracted to 37.5 hours per week Paid DBS, pension, uniform provided 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract) Role Overview As Activities Coordinator, you will play a key role in enhancing daily life by delivering engaging, meaningful and person centred activities that promote wellbeing, independence and social interaction.
Building strong relationships is essential, enabling a clear understanding of preferences and supporting inclusive participation for all individuals, including those living with dementia.
This role is open to both experienced candidates and those new to care, with training and support provided to help you develop in the role.
The working hours will be Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm.
