Care Concern Group is seeking an enthusiastic Activities Coordinator to plan and deliver a varied programme of group and one-to-one activities tailored to residents' interests and care needs.
You will promote wellbeing, independence and social interaction, build relationships to understand preferences and enable inclusive participation, and work as part of a caring team in a stimulating environment.
Weekend work may be required on a rotating basis.
