Luso Court Care Centre is a newly commissioned specialist care home in Clapham, London supporting adults with complex nursing needs, dementia and mental health conditions. The home offers 80 en suite bedrooms across two floors and provides complex nursing care, specialist dementia care and residential mental health support within a safe and clinically led environment.
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact, creating a warm, professional and welcoming environment for residents, visitors and team members within a specialist complex care setting, supporting individuals with a range of complex physical and mental health needs. You will manage incoming enquiries, greet visitors and support day‑to‑day administrative tasks, ensuring information is handled accurately, confidentially and efficiently. You will be mindful of working within a specialist environment, responding sensitively and appropriately to residents, families and professionals. Working closely with the Business Administrator and management team, you will help maintain organised systems and contribute to the smooth running of the service. Your role will support a calm, structured and professional environment at all times.
