What You Will Do
- Lead the delivery of person‑centred care, ensuring residents’ physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing is prioritised at all times.
- Administer medication safely, develop and implement individual care plans, and provide guidance to junior staff to support a high standard of care.
- Monitor residents’ health, respond to changes promptly, and collaborate closely with families, colleagues, and external healthcare professionals.
- Foster a supportive environment to ensure residents receive individualized care and help maintain a positive, professional, and values‑driven culture across the home.
What We’re Looking For
