Rowanbrook Care Home is a purpose built service in Walsall, providing specialist nursing and residential care for 59 residents with complex health needs. The home offers a structured and supportive environment where a multidisciplinary team delivers high quality, person centred care focused on stability, wellbeing and maintaining independence.
Contract: £12.71 per hour
Contracted to 6 hours per week - Alternate Weekend Saturday, Sunday 9AM-3PM
Paid DBS, pension, uniform provided
5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)
Role Overview
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact, creating a warm, professional and welcoming environment for residents, visitors and team members within a specialist complex care setting, supporting individuals with a range of complex physical and mental health needs. You will manage incoming enquiries, greet visitors and support day to day administrative tasks, ensuring information is handled accurately, confidentially and efficiently. You will be mindful of working within a specialist environment, responding sensitively and appropriately to residents, families and professionals. Working closely with the Business Administrator and management team, you will help maintain organised systems and contribute to the smooth running of the service. Your role will support a calm, structured and professional environment at all times.
