What You Will Do
- You will plan and organise engaging activities for residents, creating monthly programmes as well as individual sessions to encourage participation and maintain hobbies.
- You will help residents socialise, enjoy their time, and foster meaningful connections.
- Maintaining accurate records of daily activities and participation will also be an important part of your role, ensuring that each resident’s experiences are documented and valued.
