Housekeeping Assistant - Uxbridge

As Housekeeping Assistant, you will play a key role in maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment while also supporting laundry services.

This is a varied, hands‑on role where your attention to detail and high standards will directly impact comfort, dignity and daily wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Clean residents’ rooms, bathrooms and communal areas, ensuring all spaces are maintained to a high standard of hygiene and presentation.
• Support laundry duties including washing, drying, ironing and returning clothing correctly, ensuring all items are clearly labelled and handled with care.
• Follow infection control, health and safety and housekeeping procedures, ensuring all tasks are carried out safely and efficiently.
• Work closely with the wider team to contribute to a well‑organised and comfortable environment where individuals feel respected and supported.

Qualifications & Skills

• Positive and reliable approach.
• Good attention to detail and organisation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Understanding of hygiene and infection control is beneficial.
• Previous experience is welcomed but not essential.
