Your days will be spent building strong, trusting relationships with local authorities, commissioners, and healthcare partners, restoring confidence in the service and positioning Windmill Lodge as the provider of choice in the region.

You’ll lead a large, multidisciplinary team, inspiring pride, ownership, and accountability at every level. Through your guidance, the team will embrace a culture where compliance and compassion go hand in hand, and where innovation and operational excellence are part of everyday life. Your commercial acumen and creativity will drive occupancy growth and sustainable performance, while your strategic vision will shape the home’s reputation and future.

Package & Reward

  • Salary up to £95,000 per annum (DOE)
