You will lead by example, supporting your team to deliver safe, person-centred care that reflects the individual needs, choices, and dignity of each resident. You will be responsible for administering and recording medication, ensuring all care documentation is kept accurate and up to date, and maintaining clear and effective communication with residents, families, colleagues, and visiting professionals.
