Our purpose-built, premium care home offers accommodation for 68 residents in the coastal town of Fife, Scotland. Our warm and welcoming service provides outstanding levels of Residential, Dementia, Nursing and Respite Care.

Our purpose-built, premium care home in Dalgety Bay, Fife, provides outstanding Residential, Dementia, Nursing, and Respite care for up to 68 residents. Warm, welcoming, and community-focused, it offers a rewarding environment for both residents and staff.

What You Will Do

As Team Leader, you will lead the care team on shift, ensuring all residents receive compassionate, person-centred support. You will assist residents with personal care, promote independence, and oversee medication administration with accuracy and care.

You will maintain up-to-date care plans and risk assessments, ensuring records reflect residents’ individual needs and preferences. Strong communication will be key as you liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and colleagues, ensuring everyone works together to create a safe, respectful, and positive atmosphere.

You will also act as a mentor to Care Assistants, providing guidance and support to help them develop and perform to the highest standards.

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualifications: Minimum SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (Level 3 preferred)
  • Medication: Up-to-date medication administration training and competency
  • Leadership: Confident in leading, motivating, and supporting a care team
  • Values: Compassionate, professional, and committed to person-centred care
