Quality Improvement Lead £55,000+ per annum (depending on experience) + £350 monthly car allowance PJ Care is seeking an experienced Quality Improvement Lead to join our expanding Quality & Nursing team, supporting up to 13 specialist neurological and complex care services across the South and Southwest.
Working closely with operational and clinical leaders, you'll play a key role in strengthening governance, embedding sustainable improvements and ensuring our services consistently deliver outstanding, person-centred care.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse with experience in quality, governance or compliance who enjoys working collaboratively to improve standards, support teams and make a lasting impact across multiple services.
Contract ~ 350 per month car allowance (£4,200 per year) ~ Hybrid working (approximately two days from home and three days visiting services) ~ Flexible 40-hour working week, Monday to Friday
Reporting to the Director of Quality & Nursing, you'll work across a portfolio of specialist services, partnering with Registered Managers, clinical teams and regional leaders to drive continuous quality improvement.
You'll provide expert guidance, coaching and assurance to help services achieve and maintain regulatory compliance while strengthening governance and improving outcomes for the people we support.
Through quality visits, mock inspections and audits, you'll identify opportunities for improvement, support services to develop robust action plans and ensure learning from incidents, complaints and investigations is embedded into everyday practice.
You'll also contribute to the development of organisational policies and best practice, promoting a culture where continuous improvement, accountability and excellence are part of everything we do.
