Limewood Care Home, based in Stafford, provides specialist dementia care for 59 residents, including Residential, Nursing and Respite care, supporting individuals from early diagnosis through to end‑of‑life.

What you will do:
- Provide personalized care to residents, ensuring their health, safety, and dignity are always prioritized.
- Develop and implement individual care plans, carry out observations, administer medications safely, and maintain accurate records.
- Lead and support the care team on shift, oversee handovers, respond promptly to emergencies, and work closely with residents, families, and colleagues to promote independence, engagement, and a supportive, inclusive environment.
About you:
- You are a Registered General or Mental Health Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC Nursing PIN.
- You have a genuine passion for care and are dedicated to improving the lives of residents.
