The home offers a structured and supportive environment for individuals with complex health needs, combining clinical expertise with a strong focus on dignity, wellbeing and person centred care.
Role Overview
As a Kitchen Assistant, you will support the kitchen team within a specialist complex care setting, supporting individuals with a range of complex physical and mental health needs. You will assist with food preparation, maintain high standards of cleanliness and ensure food safety procedures are followed at all times. Working as part of the team, you will help prepare meals that meet individual dietary needs, including modified or specialist diets where required. You will also support with deliveries, storage and kitchen organisation, ensuring all areas are clean, safe and well maintained. Working in a structured environment, you will contribute to the smooth day to day running of the kitchen while supporting a positive dining experience for residents.
