The home offers a structured and supportive environment for individuals with complex health needs, combining clinical expertise with a strong focus on dignity, wellbeing and person centred care.

Role Overview

As a Bank Registered Nurse, you will deliver high quality clinical care within a specialist environment, supporting residents with complex needs. You will work flexibly across shifts, ensuring safe, effective and person centred care is maintained at all times. You will be responsible for clinical assessments, care planning, medication management and monitoring residents’ physical and mental health needs. You will respond appropriately to changes in condition, ensuring timely and professional clinical decision making. You will lead shifts when required, supporting and guiding the care team while maintaining accurate records and clear communication. Working closely with families and healthcare professionals, you will contribute to a safe, stable and supportive environment for residents.
