Westerton Care Home is a modern, purpose-built care home offering exceptional Residential, Dementia, Nursing, and Respite care for up to 106 residents.

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our experienced nursing team. If you take pride in delivering high-quality, person-centred care and want to make a meaningful difference every day, we would love to hear from you.

What We Offer

  • £19.76 per hour
  • 24 to 48 hours per week (day shifts)
  • Paid PVG, pension, uniform provided, free onsite parking

What You Will Do

As a Staff Nurse, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents with a range of needs. You will assess, plan, and implement individualised care plans, ensuring each resident receives the attention and support they deserve.

You will lead and guide the care team during your shift, ensuring safe and effective care delivery at all times. Your responsibilities will include administering medication, monitoring residents’ health, and maintaining accurate clinical records. You will build strong relationships with residents and their families, ensuring open communication and trust are at the heart of everything you do.

Through your professionalism and compassion, you will promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing, helping residents to live comfortably and meaningfully within our care community.

What We’re Looking For

  • Registered General or Mental Health Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC PIN
  • Strong clinical knowledge and a commitment to delivering outstanding care
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A kind, compassionate, and professional approach
  • Experience in a care home setting is desirable but not essential
