Care Concern Group’s Hampton Care Home in the London suburb of Hampton is seeking an Activities Lead to develop and deliver a high quality, person-centred activities programme. You will plan group and 1:1 activities, tailored to residents’ interests, abilities and care needs, including those living with dementia, and collaborate with the Home Manager and wider team.

You will maintain records, review and improve the programme, and foster enjoyable activities that promote wellbeing and independence.
