Responsibilities
- As a Care Assistant, you’ll play a key part in our residents’ daily lives, helping with everything from getting dressed and enjoying meals to meaningful chats and everyday companionship.
- No task is too small when it makes someone feel seen, safe and supported.
- You’ll follow personalised care plans and work as part of a tight-knit team to deliver care that’s always warm, respectful, and tailored to each individual.
What We’re Looking For
- A naturally caring and compassionate approach
