As part of our friendly housekeeping team, you'll help keep our home sparkling clean and infection-free, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene in residents' rooms and shared spaces. It's more than just cleaning; it's about creating a sense of pride, dignity and wellbeing for everyone who lives here.
Responsibilities:
- Keeping residents' rooms and communal areas clean, tidy and sanitised to a high standard
- Following cleaning schedules and infection control procedures carefully and consistently
- Working closely with the Head of Housekeeping and wider team to ensure daily tasks are completed
- Respecting residents' personal space and privacy while building warm and positive relationships
- Reporting any maintenance or cleanliness issues promptly to the appropriate person
- A good understanding of infection control and the importance of a clean care environment
- A flexible, reliable, and positive attitude
- The ability to work well on your own and as part of a team
- Great attention to detail and pride in a job well done
- A kind and respectful approach to working in residents' personal spaces
- Willingness to undertake training and ongoing development
Salary: £12.65 Per Hour
