Our brand-new, luxury service is set in the small village of Crow, which is very close to Ringwood. We provide quality Residential, Dementia, Nursing and Respite care for 72 residents.
Contract: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Contracted to 24-38.5 hours per week
Benefits: Paid DBS, pension, uniform provided, 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract)
Role Overview: As Housekeeping Assistant, you will play a key role in maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment while also supporting laundry services. This is a varied, hands-on role where your attention to detail and high standards will directly impact comfort, dignity and daily wellbeing. You will be responsible for cleaning residents' rooms, bathrooms and communal areas, ensuring all spaces are maintained to a high standard of hygiene and presentation. Alongside this, you will support laundry duties including washing, drying, ironing and returning clothing correctly, ensuring all items are clearly labelled and handled with care. Working closely with the wider team, you will follow infection control, health and safety and housekeeping procedures, ensuring all tasks are carried out safely and efficiently. Your role will contribute to a well-organised and comfortable environment where individuals feel respected and supported.
