Our brand-new, luxury service is set in the small village of Crow, which is very close to Ringwood. We provide quality Residential, Dementia, Nursing and Respite care for 72 residents.
We're looking for a Business Administrator with great organisational, inter-personal and first point of contact skills.
- Contract: £32,000 per annum
- Contracted to 40 hours per week

Role Overview:
As Business Administrator, you will play a central role in supporting the overall performance and day-to-day running of the home, working closely with the Home Manager as part of the internal management structure. This is a key position where your organisation, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities will directly support operational efficiency and service delivery within a very busy environment.
You will take ownership of core administrative systems including payroll input, contracts, compliance records and internal processes, ensuring all information is accurate, up to date and handled with confidentiality. Acting as a first point of contact, you will manage enquiries, coordinate visits and ensure a professional and welcoming experience for residents, relatives and visitors.
You will provide support with HR & Recruitment processes, liaising closely with the HR and Recruitment Teams. You will also support the coordination of staffing and the Line Management of the Reception Team helping to maintain a well-organised, responsive and professional front of house and administrative function. Your role will contribute to a structured, efficient and well-run environment where both residents and staff are supported.
