Rubislaw Park Care Home is an award-winning care home in Aberdeen’s West End, providing exceptional Residential, Nursing, Dementia, and Respite care for up to 86 residents. We are now looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents while working in a supportive and welcoming environment.
What We Offer
- £20.80 per hour
- Contracted to 46 hours per week

What You Will Do
As a Registered Nurse at Rubislaw Park, you will deliver person-centred clinical care, ensuring every resident receives the support they need to live with dignity and respect. You will develop and review individual care plans, administer medication safely, and monitor residents’ health and wellbeing with accuracy and professionalism. You will lead and support the care team, ensuring handovers are clear, documentation is up to date, and the highest standards of care are always maintained. Building strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals, you will be a trusted presence who brings reassurance and compassion to every interaction.
What We’re Looking For
- Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN
- Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to best practice
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A calm, compassionate, and professional approach
- Previous care home experience is desirable but not essential
