Registered Nurse (Day Shift) role at Care Concern Group – Parkfield House Nursing Home, Hillingdon, West London. Permanent contract, 36 hours per week, Day shifts with some weekends and public holidays. Salary: £24.26 per hour.
Parkfield House Nursing Home is a listed home in a quiet residential area, offering high-quality nursing care across 39 bedrooms over three floors. We are seeking a dedicated, hands-on Registered Nurse to deliver exceptional person-centred care.
Role
Position: Registered Nurse (Day Shift)
Location: Parkfield House Nursing Home, Charville Lane West, Hillingdon, Uxbridge, UB10 0BY
Hours: 36 hours per week (Day Shift), rota-based including some weekends and public holidays
Responsibilities
- Providing high-quality nursing care that promotes independence and wellbeing
- Administering prescribed medication and treatments safely and accurately
- Supporting residents and families through open, compassionate communication
- Contributing to the development and review of personalised care plans
- Encouraging resident and family participation in planning and delivery of care
- Assisting with end-of-life care, ensuring dignity, comfort, and sensitivity
- Maintaining clear documentation and upholding regulatory compliance
- Working as part of a multidisciplinary team and supporting care colleagues on shift
What You’ll Bring
- A valid NMC PIN as a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN)
- A caring, calm and professional manner with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
