Kingfisher House Care Home in Perth is a brand new, purpose‑built luxury home set in a stunning riverside location. Offering residential, dementia, nursing and respite care, the home provides a modern, welcoming environment and an inspiring place to build your career.

What We Offer

  • £21.50 to £22.50 per hour

What You Will Do

You will assess needs and develop personalised care plans, ensuring care is delivered safely and effectively. You will guide and organise the care team at the start of each shift and ensure clear communication during handovers. You will complete clinical observations, monitor changes in health, administer medications accurately and maintain detailed written records. You will build strong relationships with residents and families, respond promptly to concerns, promote independence and support meaningful daily engagement. You will encourage nutrition and hydration, uphold high standards of safety and contribute to a calm, supportive environment.
