Care Concern Group is seeking a Recruitment Advisor to support our Midlands specialist care homes.

You will own recruitment in your region, partner with Home Managers, and develop local strategies to attract and retain great people.

This role is home based with regular Midlands travel, offering a competitive salary of £35,000, 40 hours per week, and benefits including 5.6 weeks leave and a pension.

You’ll build local partnerships, attend events, and deliver an outstanding recruitment experience.
