Care Concern Group is growing fast! It’s a truly exciting time to join a thriving organisation with genuine opportunities for development and career progression. Over the past 12 months alone, we’ve celebrated the successful acquisition of 37 homes and the commissioning of 17 brand new services.
As a family-run care provider with 129 care homes across the UK, we’re proud to be recognised as a market leader in elderly care, but more than anything, we’re proud of our people. We’re incredibly proud of the talented recruitment team we’ve built. In fact, we believe they’re best in class. Due to continued growth, we’re now looking to welcome two new Recruitment Advisors to strengthen the team further – one to cover South East of England and one to cover the South West of England.
Although our team is compact, our supportive and consultative approach has been key to our success. In real terms, this means agency usage across our entire group is under 3%, and we currently have only 2 Home Manager vacancies (less than 2%). With additional team members, we’ll be able to embed even greater regional expertise, becoming ‘local specialists’ in the areas we support.
