Position: Receptionist (Part-Time)
Join our caring team at a purpose-built care home in Yarnton, Oxfordshire, providing Residential, Dementia, Nursing, and Respite care for 73 residents. We are part of the Care Concern Group, a family-owned provider with over 100 care homes across the UK, committed to high-quality care guided by our core values: Trust, Respect, Passion, Kindness, and Inclusivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Face-to-Face Interactions: Greet and assist visitors and residents with a positive attitude, addressing their needs and queries effectively.
- Mail Management: Sort and distribute incoming mail efficiently to ensure proper correspondence.
- Secretarial Support: Maintain accurate records and update resident information regularly.
- Organizational Tasks: Handle filing, record maintenance, and photocopying to keep the office organized.
- Policy Adherence: Follow company policies to foster a supportive work environment.
- Additional Duties: Perform other reasonable tasks as requested by management to support the care home operations.
