Team Leader at Care Concern Group Kingfisher House Care Home in Perth is a brand new purpose‑built luxury home set in a stunning riverside location. We offer residential, dementia, nursing and respite care and are looking for a compassionate and motivated Team Leader to lead our care team.
What We Offer
- £14.50 per hour
- Full time, part time, day and night shifts available
- Pension, Paid PVG, Uniform provided
- 5.6 weeks annual leave based on a full-time contract
What You Will Do
- You will lead, support and motivate a team of care assistants, ensuring residents’ needs are met with compassion and respect.
- You will maintain high standards of care, oversee care planning and medication administration, monitor residents’ wellbeing, and respond appropriately to any changes.
- You will foster clear communication within your team and help create a positive, supportive environment where staff and residents thrive.
What We Are Looking For
- A caring, compassionate, and motivated approach to care
- Proven experience supporting older people, ideally including those living with dementia
- Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and guide a care team
- SVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care is essential
