Kingfisher House Care Home is a purpose built 77 bed care home located in Perth, set in a stunning riverside location on the banks of the River Tay. Providing Residential, Nursing, Dementia and Respite care, the home offers a modern and well supported environment where team members can develop their skills, work as part of a strong team and make a meaningful difference every day.
Care Assistant Contract: £13.60 per hour, £500 Welcome Bonus paid after successful completion of your 3 month probation. Full time and part time contracts available, up to 38.5 hours per week. Nightshift available. Paid PVG pension, uniform provided. 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract).
Role Overview: As a Care Assistant, you will make a meaningful difference in our residents' lives every day. This role is central to delivering high quality, person centred care that supports dignity, independence and overall wellbeing. You will support individuals with daily living including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing, helping them feel comfortable, respected and valued. By following care plans and recognising changes in condition, you will contribute to safe, responsive and consistent care. Working as part of a supportive team, you will help create a warm and positive environment where relationships matter and people feel truly cared for. This opportunity is open to both experienced carers and those new to care, with full training, guidance and ongoing development provided to support your journey.
