Home Manager | Mayflower Care Home | Northfleet, Gravesend (DA11)Salary: Up to £100,000 + up to 40% Annual Bonus + Private Medical Insurance and a £10k Impact Bonus Mayflower Care Home is a 76-bed dementia service supporting residents with advanced and complex needs, located at the heart of Northfleet.

This is a home with scale, responsibility, and real impact and it now requires strong, visible, and decisive leadership to take it forward.

This is not a gentle step-in role.

It is an opportunity for an experienced Home Manager to reset standards, rebuild confidence, and establish what 'good' truly looks like in a large dementia setting.
