As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Peripatetic Home Manager to join our expanding regional support team and play a key role in shaping the future of our care homes across the South West.

About you:
- You’re a proven leader in elderly or specialist care, with experience of managing complex services and supporting teams through change.
- You understand what excellent care looks like and just as importantly, you know how to make it happen in a busy, real-world setting.
- You might not be nurse-qualified, but you’re confident managing clinical risk and supporting nursing teams to deliver safe, person-led care.
- You understand the importance of regulatory compliance, particularly with the CQC, and you’re someone who doesn’t just meet standards you raise them.
- You’re commercially aware too. You understand how to manage occupancy, improve fee structures, and balance quality with sustainability.
- You’re proactive, people-focused, and not afraid to ask difficult questions if it means doing the right thing.
- Most of all, you’re adaptable. You bring energy and consistency, even in challenging moments and you see each new home as an opportunity to make a difference.
