Part Time Maintenance - Perth Kingfisher House Care Home is a purpose built 77 bed care home located in Perth, set in a stunning riverside location on the banks of the River Tay. Providing Residential, Nursing, Dementia and Respite care, the home offers a modern and well supported environment where team members can develop their skills, work as part of a strong team and make a meaningful difference every day. Part Time Maintenance Contract 14.50 per hour Flexible contracted hours available Paid PVG, pension, uniform provided 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract) Role Overview As Part Time Maintenance, you will play a key role in ensuring the home remains safe, well maintained and comfortable at all times. This is a hands on and varied role where your practical skills and attention to detail will have a direct impact on the environment and daily experience. You will carry out a wide range of maintenance tasks across the building and grounds, including repairs, basic electrical checks, installations and general upkeep. You will ensure equipment and systems are working safely and efficiently, responding promptly to issues and supporting planned maintenance. Working independently and alongside the wider team, you will follow health and safety procedures, support compliance checks and help maintain a well organised, safe and welcoming environment.
