Dee View Care Home is a purpose-built, 43-bed specialist care home offering expert neurorehabilitation and long-term care for adults with complex needs. With a dedicated team and personalised care plans, we provide a supportive, homely environment where residents receive compassionate care tailored to their goals and preferences.

We are now looking for a qualified Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. This is a rewarding role where you will use your clinical skills and creativity to enhance the quality of life for our residents, supporting rehabilitation and maximising independence.

What We Offer
  • Β£17.53 to Β£19.76 per hour (dependent on experience)
  • 37.5 hours per week (over 5 days)
  • Paid PVG, pension, uniform and onsite parking
  • 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on full-time hours)

About the Role

As an Occupational Therapist, you will carry out person-centred assessments, implement evidence-based treatment programmes, and evaluate outcomes as part of the wider multidisciplinary team. You will manage your own caseload, provide supervision to junior colleagues, and contribute to the smooth and effective delivery of the occupational therapy service.

You will also play a key role in promoting choice, dignity, and independence for each resident, helping them to achieve meaningful goals through therapeutic engagement and environmental adaptation.

What We’re Looking For
  • Diploma or BSc (Hons) in Occupational Therapy
  • HCPC registration
  • Sound clinical reasoning with a strong understanding of OT assessments and interventions
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and safeguarding practices
  • Previous experience in a neuro or complex care setting is desirable but not essential
