Oaklea Dementia Care Unit, within Ashlea Court Care Home, is part of Willinbrook Healthcare and provides specialist dementia care for up to 26 residents.

The unit offers a structured, supportive and homely environment designed to meet the needs of individuals living with dementia.

Domestic Assistant Contract
£12.71 per hour Contracted to 28 hours per week Paid PVG, pension, uniform provided and onsite parking 5.6 weeks annual leave (pro rata) Role Overview As a Domestic Assistant, you will play an important role in maintaining a clean, safe and comfortable environment for individuals with a range of complex needs, including advanced dementia and mental health conditions.

Your work will support the overall wellbeing of residents, helping to create a calm and welcoming space where they feel safe and at home.

You will carry out cleaning duties across residents' rooms, communal areas and shared spaces, ensuring high standards of hygiene and infection control are maintained at all times.

Working closely with the wider team, you will support a well organised environment and contribute to the smooth running of the home.

This role requires attention to detail, reliability and a respectful approach, recognising the importance of maintaining dignity and privacy while working within residents' personal spaces.
