Earlsferry House Care Home is set in a beautiful location in the coastal town of Elie and Earlsferry. We provide Residential, Nursing, Dementia, and Respite care for up to 26 residents in a warm and welcoming environment.
What We Offer

What You Will Do
In this role, you will lead and support your team to provide high-quality, person-centred care. You will assist residents with daily routines such as bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, and mealtimes, always upholding dignity and independence. You will manage and administer medication safely, maintain accurate records, and contribute to care plans and risk assessments. Building positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues, you will foster a caring and professional environment while responding calmly to any emergencies. You will also welcome visitors, support professional communication, and contribute to the smooth running of the home.
What We Are Looking For
- SVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care is preferred. We also welcome applications from experienced Care Assistants with a minimum SVQ Level 2 who are working towards Level 3.
- Current medication competency is required.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and support a team.
- Strong communication skills and a caring, compassionate nature with a commitment to person-centred care.
