Purpose-built and thoughtfully designed, our home is a place where residents feel secure, supported, and valued — day and night.We are now looking for a dedicated and compassionate Night Nurse to join our team. You will take clinical responsibility for the home during your shift, leading the care team with confidence and compassion. Your night will involve delivering person-centred care, monitoring residents\’ health, administering medications, and responding promptly and effectively to any changes or emergencies. You will support residents with their evening and overnight routines, helping them to feel secure and reassured. Working closely with colleagues, you will ensure accurate documentation, maintain clear communication, and uphold the highest standards of clinical practice at all times.
