OverviewBay Court Care Home is a brand-new, purpose-built home located in the seaside town of Largs. We\’re opening a new 80-bed facility offering luxury Residential, Nursing, Dementia, and Respite care. We\’re looking for a clinically astute Night Charge Nurse to lead our night team with confidence, kindness, and calm authority.
What We Offer
£23.25 per hour (Equivalent to £47,598.33 per annum)
39.37 hours per week (3 nights one week, 4 nights the next)
Shift times: 7:45 PM – 8:00 AM
Paid NMC fees, PVG, and uniform
Free onsite parking

5.6 weeks annual leave (based on full-time contract)
Your RoleAs Night Charge Nurse, you\’ll lead the home during night shifts, ensuring every resident receives safe, responsive, and person-centred care. You\’ll be supported by a strong clinical leadership team and work closely with our Home Manager, who holds the Queen\’s Nurse title. Together, you\’ll foster a culture built on compassion, professionalism, and high standards. This is a key leadership role, offering the chance to mentor your team, manage complex care needs with confidence, and help shape a supportive, values-led environment from the very beginning.
