Overview
As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital part in helping residents enjoy each day with comfort, independence and dignity. You will support them with personal care and daily routines, follow individual care plans, and be a reassuring presence throughout the day. Whether you are offering companionship, helping with meals or encouraging residents to take part in social activities, your care will help create a warm and fulfilling environment where people feel respected and at ease.
Requirements
We are looking for someone with a caring nature, strong communication skills and a team-focused approach. A Health and Social Care qualification at NVQ Level 2 is preferred, along with at least six months of experience in a similar role, but we welcome applications from those with the right attitude and transferable skills.

With state of the art facilities and a warm, welcoming atmosphere, our home has been thoughtfully designed to provide comfort, dignity and peace of mind for those who live here. We are now looking for a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our growing team.
