What we offer:

What you will do:
- Empower independence – Assist residents with their daily routines while encouraging them to make positive choices and stay as independent as possible
- Deliver personalised care – Follow each resident’s care plan and provide hands-on support with a thoughtful, person-centred approach
- Support health and wellbeing – Monitor residents’ health and communicate any concerns to senior team members, helping to maintain the highest standards of care
- Champion dignity and respect – Always treat residents with empathy and kindness, supporting their emotional as well as physical wellbeing
- Encourage social connection – Foster a welcoming, friendly atmosphere by supporting residents in social activities and interactions
- Promote safety and comfort – Work alongside the wider team to ensure clean, safe, and comfortable living spaces at all times
- Assist with nutrition – Support residents who need help with meals and hydration, ensuring their nutritional needs are met with care
- Spread joy – Bring positivity and a warm smile to every shift, creating moments of happiness for those you care for
What we’re looking for:
- A caring nature and a genuine passion for supporting older people
- SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is preferred
- Ideally at least 6 months’ experience as a Care Assistant (but we also welcome those with transferable skills and a strong desire to learn)
- A team player with integrity, empathy, and a commitment to high standards
