Our impressive 68-bedded care facility provides residents with exceptional standards of Nursing, Residential, Dementia and Respite care, in a luxury setting. Deeside Care Home in Aberdeen is known for its warm, supportive environment where both residents and staff feel valued and respected.
We are now looking for caring, reliable, and dedicated individuals to join our team as Care Assistants. Whether you are experienced in care or completely new to the sector, if you have the right values and a passion for helping others, we will provide full training and ongoing support to help you succeed.
What We Offer
- £12.70 per hour – full-time or part time contract

What You Will Do
As a Care Assistant, you will support our residents with their daily routines, including personal care, mealtimes, and mobility, while encouraging independence wherever possible. You will provide companionship, promote wellbeing, and help to create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment. You will also follow personalised care plans, reporting any concerns to the Nurse or Clinical Deputy Manager. Above all, you will bring kindness, respect, and joy into the lives of our residents each day.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in care is welcomed, but not essential – we provide full training and support for those new to care
- SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is preferred but not required
- A genuine interest in caring for the elderly and delivering excellent service
- Values of integrity, respect, kindness, and teamwork
