Cherrybrook is a beautifully designed, 120-bedded home in Bradford, split across two specialist units. We support individuals with complex mental health needs, dementia, and behaviours that challenge and we do so with compassion, structure and warmth.We’re looking for a Night Care Assistant to join our close-knit night team. This is a role where attentiveness and gentleness go hand in hand, and where a quiet word or reassuring presence can mean everything to someone.What your night will look like:You’ll support residents with personal care and bedtime routines, respond swiftly to any call bells or concerns, and help monitor health and wellbeing throughout the night. You’ll also play a key part in keeping the home clean, calm and ready for the morning working hand in hand with your team to make the night as peaceful and safe as possible.About you:You’ll have either your NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or a Care Certificate. If not, we ask that you bring 6–12 months’ experience working in a care home, ideally supporting older people or those with dementia. But most importantly, you’ll bring a calm, reassuring nature and a real passion for people.We’re looking for someone with:
