Our care home is situated in the east end of Glasgow and is an impressive custom built facility, which provides care for up to 60 residents.

As Charge Nurse, you will take overall responsibility for the clinical and operational delivery of care during your shift, ensuring high standards are maintained at all times. This is a senior role where your leadership, clinical expertise and decision making will directly influence the quality and safety of care across the service.

You will lead and coordinate the team, oversee clinical practice, manage medication processes and ensure care is delivered in line with individual care plans, regulatory standards and best practice. You will take accountability for clinical decisions, respond to changes in condition and ensure continuity of care across the home.

You will take charge of the service out of hours, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays, ensuring safe and effective operation at all times.
